CIDCO developed and maintains Central Park, one of Asia's largest theme parks, located in Sectors 23, 24 and 25 of Kharghar in Navi Mumbai. The park, although not fully finished, is open to the public and is gradually becoming a major tourist attraction, even though it is not yet finished. There are several playgrounds, walking trails, jogging tracks, fountains, water sports, amusement rides, playgrounds, sports clubs, botanical gardens, amphitheatres and recreation areas in the park, which spans 80 hectares. The Kharghar Hills, Pandavkada waterfalls, Golf course, Utsav Chowk and ISKCON Sri Sri Radha Madanmohan Temple are good places to visit near Central Park. Wonder Park, Balaji Temple, Belapur fort and mango garden are other tourist attractions in Navi Mumbai outside Kharghar.
