Burglars made attempt to break open Axis bank atm in Santacruz

Some unidentified people entered an unguarded Automated Teller Machine (ATM) kiosk of Axis bank in Santa Cruz (East) on Thursday midnight and attempt was made to break open the money dispensing machine. However the thieves failed in their attempt to break the lower part of the ATM machine using hammers and cutters. The Vakola police have sought the technical help to recover the grab captured in the closed-circuit television (CCTV) that is fitted in the bank’s ATM premise. Source: Mumbai News
