All rights to constitute special purpose vehicles to remain with the municipal corporations: Fadnavis

Putting all speculations to about the jurisdiction of the special purpose vehicles to be set up to execute the smart cities project, chief minister Devendra Fadnavis said that all rights to constitute the SPV will remain with the municipal corporations.
