Attach car, furniture of Kalyan civic chief: Court

A sessions court has recently passed an order to attach the Kalyan-Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) chief’s furniture and vehicle for failure to comply with directions to remove encroachments on a Christian burial ground.
