A Kurla magistrate on Monday allowed an intervention plea of victims lawyer Shubhada K to be heard and and to oppose a bail plea filed by Janhavi Gadkar the Vice President (legal) at RIL accused of culpable homicide not amounting to murder after she killed two persons when her Audi crashed into an oncoming cab on the eastern freeway last Monday night.
