Bombay HC frowns on BJP's Mumbai chief's public appeal against illegal banners

Bombay High Court on Thursday frowned upon the public appeal published by Bharatiya Janata Party’s Mumbai chief Ashish Shelar to party workers not to put up illegal banners and hoardings in two lesser read newspapers.
