In Jyotirmoy Dey murder case, three years after charge sheet was filed in 2012, on Monday charge has been framed for the offences u/s 3(1)(i), 3(2), 3(4) of the MCOCA along with sec 120B, 302 of IPC against the accused persons and sec 27 r/w 135 of Arms Act against the shooter.
