The Congress sevadal’s Badlapur wing have cancelled their Dahi Handi festivities this year and have decided to donate the funds collected — to the tune of Rs 5.51 lakh — for the medical expenses of Anwar Khan who underwent Maharshtra’s successful heart transplant in 47 years.
