Don’t raze south Mumbai building till state fixes heritage tag, Bombay high court tells owner

The Bombay high court has restrained the owners of Morena, an Art Deco building on Carmichael Road in south Mumbai which once housed the Belgium Consulate, from demolishing it until the state government decides whether it is grade-IIB or grade-III heritage structure
