The Bombay high court on Thursday dismissed a petiton filed by an activist seeking details of income tax returns filed by former Maharashtra minister and NCP leader Ajit Pawar under the Right To Information (RTI) Act. Justice Rajendra Sawant rejected the petiotion filed by activist Shailesh Gandh.
