Contemporary artist Chintan Upadhyay was arrested by the Kandivali police on Tuesday in connection with the murders of his estranged wife Hema Upadhyay and her lawyer Haresh Bhambhani and sent to police custody till January 1 by a Mumbai court. The bodies of Hema and Bhambhani were found packed in cardboard cartons in a nullah at Kandivali West on December 11.
