A consumer forum recently held LH Hiranandani Hospital and a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist there guilty of deficiency of service and medical negligence. A woman underwent two medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) procedures as the presence of a second gestational sac was missed the first time round.
