Maharashtra administrative tribunal chairman, Justice A H Joshi has asked Chief Secretary Swadheen Kshatriya that he should issue suitable general directions, after seeking due orders from the Chief Minister, as regards the manner in which office notes on midterm transfer should be initiated and forwarded to the competent authority.
