Even as consumers and NGOs are up in arms over the hike in electricity tariff to be levied on Mumbaikars, power supplier Reliance Infrastructure says they have failed to calculate the “telescopic benefits”. This actually works out to a maximum increase of 28% and “reduces the impact” on consumers.
