More than 2100 commuters have been arrested for illegally crossing tracks on the Western Railway in the past four days by the Railway Protection Force (RPF). Rs 7.11 lakh was netted in fines. The RPF launched a campaign against track crossing, which is the biggest killer on the railways, on December 6.
