A special TADA court will pronounce on Wednesday the quantum of sentence for extradited gangster Abu Salem in the 1995 murder of builder Pradeep Jain. This comes a week after the prosecution and defence advanced arguments regarding the extradition treaty under which Salem cannot be awarded the death sentence.
