SoBo bldg, vacant for 30 yrs, needs tests to certify condition: BMC to HC

The BMC has told the Bombay high court that a 14-storeyed building at Walkeshwar, vacant since over three decades, is in a “semi-finished” condition and technical tests will have to be done to find out if it is in a proper state.
