For close to two decades, a Sion resident (64), filed a number of petitions over the property of a man, Deepak Patel, who died in 1996, claiming at various times to be his caretaker and then his wife. In a relief to the man’s two children, the Bombay HC has put a stop to her litigations and refused to restore her latest petition, which was dismissed for want of prosecution.
