The Bombay high court on Wednesday granted partial relief to a Navi Mumbai resident and dog-lover who found an FIR registered against her by the Kharghar cops for an offence of killing, poisoning or maiming her pet Lhasa Apso, after a sudden shower last month drenched her in the balcony , where she had left her for a few hours.
