What action will you take where drunk driving cases fall through?: Bombay HC to Maharashtra

Referring to the Salman Khan acquittal verdict where a single judge found fault with investigation agency, Bombay High Court on Monday asked the State what action it proposes to take against those responsible for dereliction of duty in such cases.
