Around 400 bars, pubs and restaurants – located in over 20 malls and multiplexes across Mumbai and in the city’s business areas such as Nariman Point, Kala Ghoda, Andheri, Fort, Powai, BKC and on mill lands such as those in Lower Parel – may get to serve food and liquor 24×7 once the city’s nightlife is liberated.
