Former info chief asks why RTI doesn’t apply to Metro One

Former central information commissioner Shailesh Gandhi has challenged before the state information commissioner the decision of the Mumbai Metro One Pvt Ltd (MMOPL) not to entertain queries under the Right to Information Act.
